~MMD Tip of the Day~
~ MMD Tip of the Day ~
When creating your own animated scenes, be sure to put your effects on last! Once all of the motion data and the camera data is complete and saved, only then should you put your effects on :)
Why?
Because putting large effects on while you are animating can cause lag and also increases the risk of MMD crashing. Also sometimes when you save your scene as a project file, some effects can cause crashing when trying to load your work back up again! This renders the whole project unusable as it will continue to crash each and every time you try to load. This is because there is far too much to load for your computer to ha
My Motion Data Indexes are getting full!
Guuys~ I know its been a long loooooong time since you have heard from me, and for that I appologise! >.<
I have a small problem and question for you all:
My Motion Data Indexes are almost full up!
Early this morning I updated them and had to slip the motion indexes into three parts... but updating just now I had to move a section from the first over to the second to make room. The problem is that it has just happened again and I had to move some data around.
What should I do?
Should I split them up further? Perhaps maybe the more popular letters get their own index altogether?
I need some suggestions please <3
[***] Livestream MMD/PMD Tutorials [CLOSED]
Livestream Tutorials!
Heya guys, I was thinking of doing a Livestream Live Broadcast today for MMD/PMD Editor. This will be a open tutorial session where you can request what you want to know and I will help you step-by-step in learning how to do it! I am not sure how many of you would be interested in watching/taking part in this so I have no idea how many different tutorials I will do in one broadcast.
If there are not many people, I can do quite a few or take more time on one single lesson :)
If quite a few of you end up joining then I will still take my time in teaching you, but I may not be able to get around to everyone.

[**] How do you make MME Effects?
Seriously, does anybody know? >0<
I have had a interest in MME effects for a while but I cannot find anything on how they are made or what program they are used in!
There is a small bit on the Miku Miku Beat website that says:
"You can do that with a program called Rendermonkey."
But it then says on another page:
"When MikuMikuEffect was first released, it was noted that rendermonkey presets were compatible with it. The software has since been discontinued. I found the following on the download page."
"RenderMonkey has reached end of life. AMD no longer supports RenderMonkey, but makes it available for download without warranty."

Maybe you could ask kb9vcn to make a page for you on mikudance.info.
But now you made me paranoid... *copies links to sta.sh*
